Shipping Policy: All items will be shipped with standard 7-10 day shipping, USA lower 48 states. Please contact us prior to ordering for Hawaii, Alaska or International destinations.

Proofing Policy: Spelling accuracy of the 'Stationary Name' is the responsibility of the customer. Check spelling carefully when ordering to ensure accuracy. We will not issue a reprint due to spelling errors.

The "Pick-up" option (above) is by pre-arrangement only for local residents of Thousand Oaks, CA. If you'd like to arrange to pick up your purchase, contact me prior to ordering using the contact form.

Refund Policy: Because of the custom nature of these products, refunds will not be issued. If materials are damaged in transit you may return the item in its original packaging for a reprint of your order.
